First Project

My first project consists of completing a journal article dealing with entrepreneurial orientation and global mindset of Indian managers in small and medium sized firms. I am particularly interested in the impact of these characteristics on foreign sales. My dissertation focused on these characteristics in American managers and now I am looking at Indian managers. I have all of my data from India. Its all entered into SPSS. I have the paper finished down to the methodology section. Its a matter of cleaning it up and submitting it :P

I will work on it from 2:00 - 2:15 on MWF and 11:00 - 11:15 on TH :)
